MAX Digital provides inventory management solution software for hundreds for dealerships across all the lower 48 states.

  • As a Sr. Product Manager, I owned all search engine related product initiatives and requirements for existing and emerging products. Writing product specs, technical and functional requirements and acceptance criteria for SEO assets, sitemaps and domain authority.
  • I created a new automated reporting and marketing collateral showing product benefits and advantages when compared to similar competitors.
  • I conducted onsite-client presentations with current and prospective dealer clients on product benefits around SEO, user experience, operational automation

Digital Marketing Consultant, Kensium Solutions; Chicago, IL — 2018 – 2019

Kensium Solutions is a software development agency specializing in Magento eCommerce development and ERP integrations.

  • As a Digital Marketing Consultant, I lead strategy communication with all clients engaged in SEO/PPC/UX post launch support contracts.
  • I created capabilities and optimization services decks to present to prospective clients as well as existing clients seeking marketing support.
  • I scheduled and conducted client calls to review Kensium’s capabilities and expanding services into digital marketing
  • I lead the Kensium Internet Marketing Services (KIMS) team, consisting of three offshore resources.

  • As a Digital Product Management Consultant, I lead the project definition and requirements gathering for 2 major client projects.
  • I coordinated directly with client product owners to document functional, technical and design requirements 
  • Worked directly with strategy teams on assessing heuristics, web analytics, and qualitative testing results

Senior Product Manager, Legacy.com; Chicago, IL — 2014 – 2017

Legacy.com is a web hosting company in QuantCast’s top 50 most visited sites, offering publishing service for over 1700 different newspaper and funeral home affiliates across the United States and key international countries.

  • In one year, I grew the eCom channel from zero to $5MM in net revenue.
  • Lead strategy and development for the eCom channel, 
  • Planned project roadmaps, testing schedules, Sprint cycles and reporting requirements for all eCommerce efforts

Ecommerce Director, Goltz Group; Chicago, IL — 2013 – 2014

The Goltz Group is an in house agency that provides marketing and digital support for a private portfolio of small businesses in Lincoln Park, Chicago, with $15MM in annual revenues and $2MM online. 

  • Increased on-line revenue 50%
  • Drove retail revenue 5% above projected revenue goals
  • Executed observed user tests, A/B test and user tracking tools to uncover revenue opportunities and threats
  • Monitor and process website analytic data for 6 websites, with over 1 million annual visits and $2 million in revenue
  • Monitor and guide strategy for online marketing channels: SEO, Email, Social, Referrals, Paid Search
